Wont work

I bought this app the other day tried to use it and when I enlarge it to full screen , the app crashes my computer and freezes it up
When I forced closed my computer I tried again to open it and I couldnt get it removed from my dock after I closed it , it just stayed there , once again I had to close down my computer for it to go away. I contacted the company , no response

Did I get ripped off?
